Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your custom phone case to you quickly and safely. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on casenario.com.

1) Order Processing

Production time (custom items): Typically 1–3 business days from the time your order is confirmed and artwork is finalized. Complex designs or large orders may require extra time.

Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time ≠ transit time: Carrier delivery time begins after your order ships.

2) Shipping Rates

United States:

Free Shipping on orders over $39.90 (after discounts, before tax).

$5 flat rate on orders under $39.90.

International: Rates and options are shown at checkout and vary by destination and weight.

Note: Promotional free shipping thresholds apply to merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes/fees.

3) Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)

United States: ~3–8 business days.

International: Varies by country, service level, and customs processing.

These are estimates provided by carriers. Weather, peak-season volume, and customs may extend delivery times.

4) Carriers & Tracking

•We ship with major carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS/DHL or local postal partners for final-mile).

•A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent when your order leaves our facility.

•Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Address change: If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll try to update it. Once in transit, rerouting may not be possible and carrier fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable/Refused packages: Returned packages due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status can be reshipped (additional postage may apply). Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Lost or severely delayed: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (US) or 14+ days (international), contact us—we’ll investigate and make it right.

6) International Duties & Taxes

•International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees, collected by your local carrier or customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.

•Customs may hold packages for inspection, which can extend delivery times.

7) Partial Shipments

•To get part of your order to you sooner, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

8) Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss

•Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier’s delivery scan to the shipping address on the order. If you need signature confirmation, contact us before your order ships (additional fees may apply).

9) Pre-Orders/Backorders (if applicable)

•Any pre-order or backorder items will display an estimated ship window on the product page or at checkout. Your entire order may ship together unless otherwise noted.

10) Packaging & Sustainability

•We aim to use protective yet minimal packaging to reduce waste while keeping your products safe in transit.
