Non-custom items
• 14-day returns from delivery (no questions asked).
• Item must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories/tags.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Custom / personalized items
• No return or refund unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
• For defects/wrong item, contact us within 7 days with clear photos/video.
• We will arrange a return or remake and cover both-way shipping.
Not eligible for return (examples)
• Signs of use, scratches, stains, damage, missing parts/packaging.
• Past the return window or not purchased from casenario.
• Issues caused by modification/misuse.
• Minor color or print variations due to display/print tolerances (not defects).
How to start a return
Contact support → get RMA & return address → pack and ship (no COD) → inspection → refund/remake.
