Q: What products can I customize?
A: We specialize in custom phone cases for popular iPhone and Android models. Select your device, upload your artwork or photos, and preview before adding to cart.
Q: How do I create my own design?
A: Choose your device → click “Customize” → upload JPG/PNG, arrange/resize in the editor, add text if you’d like, then save and add to cart.
Q: Can you design it for me?
A: Yes—email your brief and assets to support@casenario.com and our team will help refine the layout before production (small artwork fees may apply).
Q: Can I add names, dates, or logos?
A: Absolutely. Use the text tool in the editor, or send us the exact wording and placement.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: How long does production take?
A: Most orders are produced in 1–3 business days. Large or complex designs can take a bit longer; we’ll notify you if so.
Q: Do you offer rush production?
A: Often yes. Email us with your deadline and order number—we’ll do our best.
3) Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: Free shipping on orders over $39.90 (US). Orders under $39.90 ship for a $5 flat rate.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, to many countries. Transit times and rates vary by destination at checkout. Import duties/taxes (if any) are collected by your local carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: How long is delivery?
A: US orders typically arrive 3–8 business days after shipment. International orders vary by destination and customs.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: We’ll email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account to view status.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact us—we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

A: We offer 14-day returns for non-custom items in new/unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Q: Are custom cases returnable?
A: Because they’re made just for you, custom items aren’t refundable except in the case of quality issues or damage on arrival.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?
A: Email photos of the issue and your order number within 7 days of delivery—we’ll replace or refund promptly.

Q: Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
A: MagSafe-compatible options are labeled accordingly. They support MagSafe charging and accessories; for non-MagSafe cases, standard Qi charging generally still works but magnetic accessories may not attach.
Q: Will the case work with screen protectors?
A: Yes—our cases are designed to be screen-protector friendly for most common glass films.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Durable hybrid construction (rigid back + shock-absorbing sides) with high-definition UV or sublimation printing.
Q: Will colors match exactly what I see on screen?
A: Expect minor variations—screens display color differently. We print in sRGB and calibrate for consistent, vibrant results.
6) Artwork & Printing Guidelines
Q: What file formats and size should I upload?
A: JPG or PNG, sRGB color. For best results, upload 150–300 DPI at the final case size. Avoid screenshots or compressed images.
Q: Any tips to prevent important parts being cut off?
A: Keep key elements (faces, text, logos) inside the safe area in the preview. Extend backgrounds to full bleed.
Q: Can you remove backgrounds, adjust brightness, or retouch?
A: Light adjustments are free; advanced edits (background removal, object cleanup) are available—email your request for a quote.
Q: Can I use copyrighted images or brand logos?
A: Only if you own the rights or have permission. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to print the content.

Q: Can I use multiple promo codes?
A: One promo code per order unless stated otherwise.

Q: I typed the wrong address—can you fix it?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped, yes. Contact us immediately. Once shipped, carriers may allow an intercept fee; otherwise we’ll help arrange a reship.
Q: I received the wrong model or print.
A: Our mistake is our responsibility—email photos and your order number and we’ll send the correct replacement ASAP.
